Richard Riccetti—President and Chief Executive Officer |

Rick Riccetti is a 25-year veteran of the software development industry. He co-founded Seapine Software, Inc. in 1995 and was the principal developer of Seapine's flagship product, TestTrack. As president and CEO, Rick oversees daily operations, sets strategic product direction, and manages the product management team. Under his leadership, Seapine has become a recognized leader of application lifecycle management solutions.
Prior to founding Seapine, Rick worked in product development and management at Access Corporation, a pioneer of large-format document imaging applications. He also spent three years at Cincinnati Control Dynamics, Inc. (CCDI) where he developed Unix-based software to control non-destructive testing equipment marketed to the quality-intensive aircraft engine industry. Rick did his undergraduate work at the University of Cincinnati where he studied business finance and computer science. |
Kelly Riccetti—Executive Vice President |

Kelly Riccetti is co-founder and executive vice president of Seapine Software, Inc. As executive vice president, she manages the company's daily operations and provides marketing guidance for the company and its products.
With more than 17 years of industry experience, Kelly’s previous endeavors include founding Riccetti and Associates, a consulting group that specialized in technical writing, document layout and design, and technical editing. She also worked as an editor for Cincom Systems, Inc. and as a production editor for Comware, Inc. Kelly holds bachelor's degrees in German literature and animal health technology from the University of Cincinnati. |
Judy Test—Chief Financial Officer |

Judy Test joined Seapine Software, Inc. in 2005 as manager, accounting. With more than 20 years of accounting and finance experience, Judy is now responsible for all finance and administrative functions at Seapine, including accounting, receivables, budgets, treasury management, and human resources.
Prior to joining Seapine, Judy worked in various positions in finance and accounting, first as a tax consultant for Ernst and Young. She developed commercial leasing expertise as assistant treasurer for The Vaughn Group and later worked as controller for McGraw / Kokosing and Best Express Foods. Judy is a CPA with a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the College of Mount St. Joseph, and is an active member of the Ohio Society of CPAs. |
Matthew Disher—Chief Information Officer |

Matt Disher joined Seapine Software, Inc. in 2003 as chief information officer. With more than 16 years networking experience, he manages Seapine's telecommunications, network infrastructure, hardware, and software systems.
Prior to joining Seapine, he served as the director of network operations for Digineer, Inc. where he implemented a Cisco-based hosting and network management facility. Matt also deployed and delivered an Internet-based product support and replacement parts ordering system for EvenFlo.com, one of the largest baby product manufacturers. He has ten years of development experience in the handheld marketplace and is also a Cisco and Microsoft Certified Professional. |

Rich Clyde brings over 20 years of software development experience to his position at Seapine Software, Inc. He oversees the direction, design, and delivery of all Seapine products. Rich has successfully led Seapine through more than 34 product releases, including the launch of three new software products.
Prior to joining Seapine in 1999, he worked on the design and implementation of large software projects for various companies including the Mayo Clinic, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, and Lexis/Nexis. Rich holds a bachelor's degree in computer engineering from the University of Notre Dame and is a Microsoft Certified Professional. |
Alan See —Vice President, Marketing |

Alan See brings over 25 years of software sales, marketing, and consulting
experience to his position at Seapine Software, Inc. Alan is responsible
for the company's worldwide marketing, advertising, public and analyst relations, and
worldwide alliances.
Prior to joining Seapine, Alan performed in senior analyst, marketing,
consulting, and sales management roles at Aberdeen Group, Teradata, SAS,
Capgemini, and NCR Corporation. Alan also serves as an associate faculty
member for the University of Phoenix where he leverages his extensive
background in both strategic marketing and customer relationship
management to facilitate courses in Marketing and Management Theory. Alan
holds a master's degree in business administration from Abilene Christian
University. |
Kevin Stewart—Vice President, Worldwide Sales |

Kevin Stewart joined Seapine Software, Inc. in 2003 as director of eastern region sales. With more than 15 years of sales and sales management experience, Kevin is now responsible for sales in North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and the Seapine partner programs in his current role as vice president of worldwide sales.
Before joining Seapine, Kevin served as a regional sales director for GraphOn Corporation, a leading supplier of cross-platform application publishing and Web-enabling solutions. Prior to that, Kevin was eastern region sales director of alexis/COM2001.com, a leader in unified messaging, telephony, and voice over IP communications. He did his undergraduate work at the Wright State University where he studied business. |
Fred Davidson—Vice President, Quality and Customer Support |

Fred Davidson is the vice president of quality and customer support at Seapine Software, Inc. Fred is responsible for the quality of our products and for customer satisfaction worldwide. He joined Seapine in 2003 as a technical consultant. Fred brings over ten years of customer service and support experience to his position, and oversees all technical support operations with a team based in the United States and in satellite offices in Austria and Australia.
Prior to joining Seapine, Fred worked as a support engineer with Mattec Corporation where he supported their process monitoring application and provided custom scripting and reporting services. Fred did his undergraduate work in management of information systems at the Union Institute, and is a Microsoft Certified Professional. |
